Booking Terms & Conditions
(Appointment Only Policy)
1. Appointment Only
Our Massage studio operates strictly by appointment only.
We do not accept walk-in clients. All bookings must be made in advance through our official booking system.
2. Booking Confirmation
Appointments are only confirmed once:

All required client details are submitted, and
-
The deposit payment has been received (if applicable).
You will receive a confirmation message once your booking is secured.
3. Deposit Policy
A non-refundable deposit may be required to secure your appointment.
The deposit will be deducted from your final bill on the day of your appointment.
Failure to complete the deposit payment within the stated time may result in automatic cancellation of the booking.
4. Late Arrivals
Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may need to reschedule.
We reserve the right to reduce treatment time or cancel the appointment to avoid affecting other clients.
5. Cancellation & Rescheduling
We require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment may result in loss of deposit.

No-shows will result in full deposit forfeiture.
6. Last-Minute Appointments
Same-day appointments may be available subject to schedule availability.
However, all client details and required deposits must be completed before arrival.
7. Client Information & Safety
For safety and service quality purposes, clients may be required to provide:

Full name

Contact number
-
Treatment history (filled message box)
All information will be handled confidentially and in accordance with data protection regulations.
8. Right to Refuse Service
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who does not comply with our booking policy or behaves inappropriately.
